Common questions
Which software do you use?+
SPSS, R, Python, STATA, and NVivo are our standard tools. If your data is in Excel or CSV format, we can work with it directly. We'll always tell you which software we used and can send the raw output if you need it.
Can you help me understand the analysis, or do you just run it?+
Both. Most students need to understand the findings for their viva. We offer a walkthrough call where an analyst explains every test, every result, and how to answer follow-up questions. This is included if you ask for it — just mention it when submitting.
What if my data is incomplete or messy?+
That's normal. Send us what you have and we'll tell you what's possible. We can handle missing data using standard imputation methods, flag issues, and recommend how to address them in your write-up.
Do you work with qualitative data?+
Yes. We code interview transcripts, focus group data, and open-ended survey responses using thematic, framework, or grounded theory approaches. You'll receive a full coding framework and interpretation.
Can you write just the analysis chapter, or do you need the whole dataset?+
We need the dataset to analyze it. If you already have analysis done and just need the chapter written, that's a different service — send us your output files and results, and we'll write the chapter around them.
Will my data stay confidential?+
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted, never shared with anyone outside the analyst working on it, and deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep it for revisions.
